Steel Composite Weight Stacks (SCWS)

 

Cemco Weight Stacks are utilized by equipment manufacturers worldwide. Our stacks come fully assembled and ready for immediate installation. Steel Composite Weight Stacks assure our clients of optimum safety against breakage while providing the highest quality and turn around times available. Steel Composite mixture is proprietary information. After plates are removed from the mold they are drilled, precision machined on all six sides and powder coated. Pressed in bushings for 3/4" or 1" guide rods on 5" centers. Steel Composite plates are flat on all surfaces to reduce stress on impact area, matching that of a standard Solid Steel plate. By using this method plates are much more durable than standard Cast Iron plates and are aesthetically equal to Solid Steel plates. Steel Composite plates carry a higher percentage of Steel Alloys than a standard Cast Iron. Because of this special mix the overall strength of the plate is greatly increased and comparable to that of Solid Steel.
