3. All orders are shipped out via commercial freight carrier . Please call 1-800-782-6377. We get substantial discounts through various carriers that we pass on to the customer.

4. If you need a shipping quote, you can get it one of two ways:
   A. Call us with your city, state, zip code and the product you would like to order. Please include any special instructions, i.e. Lift-Gate, Inside Delivery, Notification or Residential Delivery. These are all extra charges.

5. It is always cheaper to ship to a commercial facility. For example, some people have us ship their order to their work. Sometimes this can cut down the shipping cost by a substantial amount. Please specify if we will be shipping to a Residential or Commercial facility.

6. Before signing for delivery, make sure everything listed on the packing slip is included and in good condition. Customers signing for damaged or incomplete deliveries will be responsible. A claim cannot be filed with the delivery company after delivery has been signed for and therefore Cemco Fitness cannot be held responsible.

7. Although most items indicate shipping and delivery dates, this time can fluctuate either way by a couple of days.
