Why do we care who sells and services our products?

We at Cemco stand behind our products. We want to help you achieve your fitness goals. We strive to provide quality products, exceptional customer service, and a warranty that protects your investment in the event your product should encounter specific issues.

To ensure Cemco customers receive the quality service they deserve, we select Authorized Dealers and Servicers whom we believe share our vision of quality and service. Cemco provides the training to its authorized dealers for proper installation and maintenance. We expect our Dealers to provide pre-delivery and post-delivery service and to maintain trained service personnel.

Occasionally, an unauthorized dealer manages to obtain Cemco products and offers it for sale to an unsuspecting customer. We try to prevent it from happening in both unauthorized stores and on the Internet. Unfortunately, we don't catch everyone.

When an unauthorized dealer sells a Cemco product, they are misrepresenting our products and inaccurately designating Cemco's relationship with them. This adversely affects our goodwill and our name in the industry and community, and negatively impacts you in the following ways:

Warranty Issues

* Cemco's warranty is not transferable, the warranty belongs to the person who bought the Cemco product -- in this case, that person is the unauthorized dealer.
 * Our warranty also clearly states that it is void in the event an unauthorized person provides service to the machine -- this includes installation and set up of the product.
 * Sometimes unauthorized dealers will remove the serial number from a product so it can't be traced to them -- removal of the serial number also voids the warranty.

Safety and Service Issues

* We have a legitimate interest in preventing products from being sold by unauthorized dealers who may not have Cemco qualified and trained personnel for installation or service.
 * Unauthorized servicers do not have access to Cemco certified parts. There may be some safety risks involved when an unauthorized servicer utilizes parts not specifically designed for Cemco products.

Cemco invests significant time and effort designing and building the finest equipment in the industry. By purchasing Cemco from an authorized dealer, you can rest assured that you will get the most from your investment.
